Christmas is in the air...?!

After making those Christmas Star Blocks for the swap I am hostessing, I decided to make another set, just because... :o) A different block this time. 6-1/2" blocks. I love the stripe frame on these... :o)

And here is the August block for the 2010 Designer Block of the Month from Fat Quarter Shop. The fabric and pattern just came in the mail this morning... :o)

I absolutely love the Christmas blocks you made and the wreath is adorable! I finished quilting a small Christmas quilt this morning, hope to post it tomorrow, and then went and saw "Eat Love Pray" (I think that is what it was called) with Julia Roberts. I recommend it highly!

I am with you on the stripe on the outside of those blocks, wow! They are beautiful. You sure are quick with the block when you just got the package this morning. I like that green that the wreath is made of.

This is the time to get Christmas projects going or finished -- way ahead of schedule. Nothing messes up a Christmas for me more than last minute finishes on things I could have done in the summer.
Your Christmas blocks are so pretty, especially the fabrics in the borders.

Very nice, all of them. I particularly like the wreath, may have to try that one.

You are so fast! I wish I could sew as much as you do! Your blocks all look fabulous, but it will take more than that to get me in the mood for Christmas, LOL! I don't want summer to end!
