Patriotic quilt top

I finished up this little quilt top - just a little late for the 4th of July, but I am always in the mood for the patriotic look... :o) It is the Bakers Dozen pattern/kit from Shabby Fabrics. I absolutely had to have the kit, when I saw that border fabric! The quilt top measures about 45 inches by 69 inches. I had some trouble with the triangles stretching, so some of my points did not line up! :o((( I may get some white rick-rack and stitch it along side the triangle strips, to cover those pesky points! :o)
Thanks for looking!

That background fabric is just as sweet as it can be. I have never seen any of that. Reminds me of that sailor fabric I used one time. Cute, cute cute.

I am a big fan of patriotic quilts. They can be year round quilts, not just for July 4th.

Angela, I don't know how you get so much done, I need to come and take lessons from you. That quilt is very cute, and I also love the background fabric. Good job, as always
