14 and bear parts... :o)

My "babies" turned 14 years old earlier this month! Time is just flying!
Trying to work on Christmas... Remember last year I made a bear for my Mom, and I've made a few others over the year... I'm making keepsake bears for the kids for Christmas. Lizzie's is the yellow "pooh bear", Anna's will be the red, Jimmy's will be the light brown, and David's will be the dark brown. I have all the pieces sewn on three of them (have to work on the dark brown today). I will have to have Jim turn the pieces for me. I can't do it anymore with this arthritis...! (these bear kits were purchased here)

The triplets are sure growing up!

I used to do stuffed animals. As I recall, they were a TON of work. I still have a little Christmas bear I made 20 or so years ago. I made a total of 4, and sold 3. Everyone said, you just dressed them, right? NO! I made the bears from fur. Sometimes it takes a crafter to appreciate a crafter's work, LOL! Can't wait to see yours finished.

Ah, 14. What a beautiful family! I didn't realize you were so far along on the bears! I'd better get started on the tags! ;)

I can't believe they're 14 already! I remember a picture of them when they were about 3 on the patio riding little cars and stuff. They were very cute at 3 and they've turned into wonderful young adults.
